Refusal to open laybye

Lady refuses to assist with laybye as foschini is having systems problems today. Very unprofessional stating only if I laybye with totalsport there will make a laybye card.

What a lousy response now I understand why the staff at the store behave like this there is no sense of accountability. I won’t be going to your store I can see you don’t need customers.
