Refusal to assist customers

Went to Totalsports Goldfields Mall to buy a Garmin watch, while standing at the watches for quite some time nobody even looked our way to attend (this was my second attempt to buy a watch - I knew exactly what I wanted and literally just needed the merchandise taken out so I could pay)... While many floor staff were standing around. Before I ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere we decided to ask for a manager for assistance - we were told there was no manager available (?). When we complained about the poor service to a tall floor assistant (taking the criticism with a huge smile on his face almost laughing), a lady (also floor assistant) stood there laughing quite loudly. Provoking us as customers. As a sports enthusiast and frequent client of Totalsports this is an absolute slap in the face. Disgusting customer service to say the least.
