Refund Not processed Total Sport Clearwater

I would like to express mi utter dissapointment with Total sport Clearwater..on the 14the October 2023 I went to Total sport Clearwater to make purchase 2 pairs of soccer boots amouting to 1000.. The lady who assisted was told that we will pay 650.00 eft and 350.00 cash.. Boots sprays were included and we were not told and the purchase now amounted to 1200 as they were 99.99 each...The Lady Ncumisa took the 650.00 on Eft ..however were now short as the purchase was no longer 1000... We told her we dont have extra money and she said she will void the transaction and the money will be reversed..with in 10minutes ..nothing happend. On Monday 16 Oct 2023 I went to The store and I spoke to The gentle Mahlatse who has been trying to help me but...even today the 650.00 is not refunded...Mahlatse has emailed a query to a client service the bank statement has been scanned showing the payment however the refund is not coming for...Please assist because no one deserve this type of service.. It now looks like I owe Total sport where's the error is on their side...I must waste my money and time trying to resolve this issue but one is willing to refund me the 650.00
