Refund
Bad customer service! We bought kids takkies cash in fourways mall Totalsport. My brother retrieved a slip for us and sent a picture to us since we had already left Jhb for Freestate. The Totalsports in Phuthaditjhaba wouldn't allow us to get a refund and required a physical copy of the slip!!
