Reaped off by Totalsports Lakeside mall

Totalsports Lakeside Mall reap off their customers.I went there to buy some clothes and running shoes they were forcing me to take a sneaker cleaner that I did not want ,the cashier even **** to me that I was getting it for free from a voucher I received for sneaker cleaners but the slip said something different the items I bought were marked down so I had saved about R200 and he the included the sneaker cleaner and made me believe it was free ,I then called the customer support where they assured getting a sneaker cleaner for free was not possible,so basically I paid for it it was not free ...I really can’t believe this !!!!
