Really poor unexpected quality Sneakers - Second broken pair (1 From Sportscene, 1 From TotalSports)

Good day,

Please note that this is feedback on a pair of promotional Nikes bought at N1 City Mall in December. I have visited TotalSports Cape Gate on Sunday upon which I was told that they are unable to assist me and that I need to visit the N1 City store as this would account for a loss against their store. I do understand this.

What I would like to know is what would be the next step as I am not driving out fuel to N1 City to return these sneakers. I have been a customer for years and even have an account with TFG that I am seriously thinking about closing as it has been settled in full. This is my second promotional sneaker pair purchased from a TFG and the very same "loose pulling sole" issue occurred with both pair. The Nike sneakers is 5 months old.

I have specially purchased the R149.99 sneaker cleaner to ensure that I do clean it properly to prolong life on it, but alas, no such luck. I need a TFG representative to contact me urgently to arrange this pair to be collected and my money refunded as I have paid cash for this.

I am looking forward to hearing from you as I am very unhappy about this, especially since it is not the first time this has happened to me.

Tip: Please do not sell items of this quality under the TFG brand. It does not suit the business. Seriously !!!!

I am seriously starting to wonder if these promotional items are not just duds and bad quality that is shoved onto customers to purchase. This is ridiculous to be honest. I might as well purchase a pair from Pep Stores and this could last longer !!!!

Hope I can get a speedy response, because if I am not going to be assisted before the 6 months has passed, I am certainly going to take this further.

Regards, Grant
