Racial Profiling

On the 14.12.17 my wife and went to Totalsport to purchase a pair of sneakers from Totalsport in PE Greenacers branch. Firstly we had to wait for help which isnt the issue however when someone was available in front of us and in full view one of the sales assistance completely overlooked us in a deliberate manner and continued to assist a white lady that had just walked in while we had been there for 10min at the least. I buy sneakers on average 4/5 pairs a year as I happen to love high end sneakers I also shop in a few shop that are part of your group, I am prepared to provide the proof however after the service I received with ZERO acknowledgement even from the manager after I had brought this to his attention I have decided that maybe you and the group of companies affiliated with really do need or care for me as a customer. This type of service is very disheartening and shameful.
