Professionalism and conflict resolution at KC Totalsports

So, On the 1st of December on a Sunday. I was at The Totalsports Branch in Kenilworth Centre. When I was in the store there was a misunderstanding concerning a customer and a woman[who was allegedly the store manager]. The customer came into the store, claiming that she was accused by the store manager of *****ing. Note, the store manager was assisting as many customers as she could since the store was quite crowded. Nevertheless, the customer was quite aggressive, threatening the young lady, swearing and being quite disrespectful, However, the young store manager reacted in a very professional and admirable manner. Trying to make it clear, that she - infact did not accuse anyone nor was she aware of what transpired outside the store. But at this point the customer blew everything out of proportion and continued with threats and aggression,That was unprovoked by young lady(alleged store manager). I honestly admire your young store manager for handling this situation like a Star! If anyone else had to have been in her situation, things could've escalated unnecessarily, yet, she remained calm and professional. I'm honestly extremely upset that I did not get her name so I could mention it here.
