Visited Total Sport in Auckland Park a pair of white Nike sneakers was on sale with a futher 20% discount on sale price. When i enquired about the sneakers (because i wanted to pay for them) was told the sneakers are i a wrong box and the price is incorrect . The sales lady looked for the correct box she couldn't trace the whereabouts of the box. She told me she will call me back once found. I made it clear to her that I want to buy these sneakers she promised to call. Two 2 hrs passed without her calling me back, when i called their store number printed on their recepit number doesn't exist. I hade to google for their correct number. Called the store (ever since they never bothered to call me back as promised) was advised to come in they will assist because the can't trace the sneackers box with the correct price. Drove back to their store only to be turned back being told they can't assist m with out the correct packaging (sneaker box) i must come back Monday. Total Sport its not my problem your prising was incorect. Why must i be send from piller to post just to buy these sneakers? I drove all the way back to the store just to be turned back? I want to buy those sneakers with the price that the shop displayed with.
