price increase on exchange
I was very disappointed with the service at Westwood mall Durban . On Friday I bought my baby nike shoes on sale for R249, only to find that I needed one size bigger shoes. On Sunday 10/01/16,I was shocked at the till when i was told that on exchange,of the exact same shoes just a size bigger,I had to pay R379. Yet this was an exchange???i really do not understand, such poor service.
