Poor Service, Misinformed and Arrogant

Good Morning,<br> <br> I went to TFG (Totalsports and Exact) in Pan Africa Mall to pay for my RCS Credit Card, only to be told that they are not accepting payments for RCS Account, but next door Totalsports is Markham, I went there without any hassle I made my monthly payment peacefully, thanks so much to the lady Lizzel as per the name on my till slip, she even mentioned that, am the third person who was turned back by both Stores. To my surprise we did not get any notification saying we cannot make payment to those Stores. To be honest I was so disappointed by the behaviour shown by the young man at Totalsports, you could see that he is arrogant and insisting that I cannot make payment in his store. Can someone inform me if this affects only those mentioned stores above or its all TFG?<br> <br> If not so, then something must be done, someone must do his job somewhere, because we cannot struggle to pay our monthly instalment because of misinformed and arrogant staff member.<br> <br> Hope you will find this in order.
