Poor service

Worst service and total waste of my time. Tried applying for an account online, with no response for a week. So went in store at Clearwater, they could see I app**** online so they could not do an in store application. After over an hour in store and several phone calls to head office I was told it would take a further 2 days to get approval. I opted to cancel the application and went to Sportsmans wearhouse to buy my sports watch. Spent over R10k. Totalsport due to your poor service you lost business and a customer who was prepared to open an account and spend more money with you. Pathetic service, DON'T RECOMMEND THEM!!!
