Poor service

I bought white all star tekkies on the 5 December at Klipfontein (Emalahleni) therefore they gave me one same side shoe, I didn't notice by then until at home. I came back the following day on the 6th of December and they then gave me the Different cut(make). Then again came back on the 7th of December to change, they said they can't find them, I then asked for a refund and they refused, told me that they can't bacause I already wore the tekkies of which I did not, just fitted and realise the problem up until I told them that I am going to report them. they told me to come back later. They did not give me my money, I am not satisfied with their service and I can't even wear this. Please help me, all star costs R700. 00
