poor service

Good day on the 30th of April I visited Protea glen mall to buy a phone and shoes, I found a price of pasted on the box R59.00. I request to buy it with the price of R59.00. The manager spoke in Shogan language which I did not understand. The lady did not change the price and told me the manager refused, The service received was not good.
