Poor service

Poor services given from nosipho at Total Sports store randburg square. I went there to purchase flops. When I got to the counter she was busy on the system I waited for her to be done with whatever she was doing.. She didn't Apologies for keeping me waiting when she decided to attend to me she didn't bother to greet, didn't ask if I'll be paying cash or account, there was no smile just a serious annoyed face, didn't even say thank you after I gave her the money to pay. I work with customers and I know a greeting,courtesy, and Thanking the customer is very important. So the service I got today I'll rate it 0% it was very poor from a person who deals with customers on a daily basis
