Poor service at Brits total sports

Poor customer service at total sports Brits I went to the store to pay for my account when I got to the till there was no queue I started the queue waiting to be called to come and pay but the lady who was behind the till started to pack a box of white caps ,she finished and I thought now she going to help me but no she pack a box full of black caps now I asked her if she will be able to assist me as I was on lunch but she continued packing those caps and she said no she won’t assist me so I left the store without being helped and she was so rude and disrespectful
