Poor Service

I'm not one to complain seen that I work in customer service myself and understand the pressure one deals with in this industry. However the service receiver and witnessed today at your vangate mall store was beyond pathetic.

Firstly I needed to stand in a queue bare in mind I was the only customer in the queue. This took about 5 minutes before I was assisted as your employees first needed to finish their conversation.

Thereafter I was assisted by named Thandokazi who had absolutely no respect for me. While attending to me she's on her phone selecting pictures to send (im standing right infront of her while she's doing this). My employees would atleast hide their mobile devices knowing they not allowed to have it while attending to a customer. This was not all, while assisting me, Thandokazi and her colleagues continue their conversation.

Disgusted by the poor customer service received. I've shopped with you for some time now and previously someone managed to get my account details and shopped for over 5k. This explains why this would have happened. The staff you employing appears to be *********** and lacks the necessary training.
