Poor quality garments

I bought the tracksuit online and the black one I had been looking for. After just a few hours the cotton under my arms and tights started to roll up and fall off like hair***** (so embarrassing). Because of the poor quality fabric used to make the tracksuit on my second wear, it looks like a black snowball. I am not happy even the Chinese shops sell better quality than this. What has happened to the quality of the garments? The fluff refuses to come off too. R600 is gone and I am stuck with a bobbles tracksuit I dread to wear. I know how rude store consultants I will be treated like a crazy person(hence I shop online) when I return these to the store. Someone must call me, please.
