Poor Customer Service-Festival Mall Totalsports

On the 29th of March 2023, I wrote a review regarding the a discomfortable and painful pair of Nike Air Max sneakers. Totalsports has responded regarding the issues promised that their area manager will contact me to address the issue but even today after 14 working days no one has contacted me to resolve the issue. I think they are waiting the 30 working day to pass for them not address issue, because the turnaround time would have lapsed.
