Poor customer service
I am done with Totalsports in Somerset mall, since the 25/11/2022 my complaint has not yet been resolved. I got the reply as the area manager will contact me within 24 hours but they have never made any contact since then. I would never recommend Totalsports to anyone as their customer service is poor 😡. As they have provided me with incorrect information.
