Poor Customer Service, Employee should be fired! Totalsports Women

<p>My sister and my experience at the Totalsports in cavendish square mall was absolutely DISGUSTING! Let me just say that I was a regular customer at this particular Totalsports. My sister and I went into Totalsports to buy a pair of leggings. I went with my sister to the cashier counter so she could pay for the leggings. A guy right next to me (who I soon recognized to be someone who was a sales person at the Vodacom store downstairs in the mall) decided to pick up my phone (which was lying on the cashier desk right next to me) without my permission while I wasn't looking. This guy was literally trying to ***** my phone. We asked the guy what the heck are you doing?! My sister and I got very angry at the staff members in the store because we told them that this guy was trying to ***** my phone but they were not listening to us at all and there was laughter coming from some of them.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><br />As we were speaking to the staff members, one female staff member put out her hands and arms and started walking toward us (in a way that she was trying to shoo us out) and said "I need to escort you both out of the store".&nbsp; How rude! I couldn't belive what I was hearing as there was literally a guy in the store who was a staff member at the Vodacom store trying to ***** my phone and we were made out to be the bad ones!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><br />My sister decided to call the Totalsports many times after the incident and the manager at Totalsports said she would call us back. The manager at Totalsports said that the guy from Vodacom who tried to ***** my phone was a Totalsports staff member's husband. The manager literally said "it's you against all of us". Basically saying- "it's your word against ours". She was saying that she was not believing that this guy was trying to ***** from us. I realized at that point why they were not taking us seriously. It's because this Vodacom guy was the HUSBAND of one of the staff member's at Totalsports. My sister and I literally felt like we were ********* being escorted out of the store.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><br />While the incident rolled out in the store and my sister and I were trying to explain to the staff members in Totalsports what happened and that this was ABSOLUTELY WRONG- we could see that the staff members were mocking us. There were these bouts of laughter that were coming from the back of the store from the other staff members. The woman who escorted us out of the store and the Vodacom guy literally had these small little smiles on their faces as we were speaking to them about the incident. My sister and I were very frustrated and disgusted with what happened. This happened at the end of December last year. I will NEVER EVER shop at that Totalsports again. I would have honestly have thought that the manager at Totalsports would do something and apologize but there was nothing. Absolutely DISGUSTING once again!</p>
