Poor customer service and judgemantal

Theblady by Candice is full of it I wanted to make a query she said o should come back the following day about my payment in Total sports and I've been a customer far too long for this nonsense of service she gave me making me a foll.She refused to make a phone call to find out about my query telling me that they don't make phone calls but other THAN THAT stores do I felt so belittled by her behavior.All the ladies that work there in Total sports ladies in cresta mall just looked at me I mean should I continue having this damn account if I'll be given such attitude
