Poor Customer Service

Total sport in Durban west street has a terrible customer service, I visited the store to exchange my pant i bought from the workshop, this happened last Monday the 28.09.2026, the young lady who is a cashier assisted me and my wife had no patience and care with us, you could see that she is annoyed, I regrated why I went there, I took a decision not to visit that store again next time I will rather drive to workshop, they are better.
