Poor customer service

Customer service is bad… the cashier allocated my payment to the wrong account doesn’t have the decency to apologise but when I lashed out as this isn’t the first time I have an issue with my account the cashier decides to scream and perform activating me more and throwing comments to other cashiers while I’m standing there However Kea Mannafela *** who came and assisted me while explaining and taking accountability for their mistake I appreciate him As for the cashiers who does have any customer service experience should really go back for training or total sports should really look into hiring staff that know how to treat there customers
