phone repairs

I bought a phone at the Total sport after five months the phone went blank I could not use it. i then took the phone back to the shop were they said they have to contact the insurance people and that they will contact me once they booked it for reference number, after three week I went to check on them telling them I have not received any call from them, they told me they have not yet boked the phone I asked them to book it infront of me they tried but they told me to go and they will contact me,i waited for their call for atleast 4 weeks ,when I go check on them again they still have not booked my phone for repairs when I asked them they gave me attitude and told me if I cant be paitent I should take my gadget to get fixed somewere
