Payment made November 2013

So my account was in arrears TWO YEARS back, I made a payment at the end of November 2013 for an amount of R2500, I have yet to receive confirmation that my account is up to date or what is going on. You have received my money yet still leave my name reflecting badly at the credit bureau. If the money was meant to go to your lawyers why don't you forward it to the them to clear my name. I contacted your call centre and like always I get referred elsewhere!!!!! So Pienaar and Sithole associates see that a payment of R2500 was made when I was meant to pay R3367, so TS who's fault is that? I paid my account according to the amount that was quoted to me at TS Promenade Liberty Mall. I do not owe you anything you will ask the person who provided the incorrect information to pay the outstanding balance!!!! TS you will contact your lawyers and write off the amount that has now accumulated to R1247.59.....and provide me with my Paid up letter!!! In this day and age do we still have companies that ***** from the people that support their businesses!!!!! !!<br>
