Pavilion Total sports service is pathetic

Today I went to Pavillion Total sports with my dad to purchase a shoe that he had seen online.

He had asked the gentleman in charge of the respective section that deals with footwear to assist him. My dad had wanted to double a check his shoe size and the equipment used was right next door to the salesman.

He didn’t even bother to turn his head or to pop in to just tell my dad the correct shoe size thus I assisted my dad. We were ignored .

We waited for this guy to assist us while he just stood there with his hands behind his back watching his own kind trying to fit their fat feet into a shoe that doesn’t even look like it’s going to fit.

We continued to wait as he ignored us .

My dad asked him one more time to please assist us and he still told us to wait when he was not even busy !

Their service stinks ! The attitude of that particular staff member is pathetic. He was just plane down ******!
