Pathetic services

I recently purchased items on Thursday when your sale was launched. However today I received a message saying that some items are out of stock. After my purchase I went back online and there was still stock available. I also know others that purchased same items after me and there was still stock available. I spoke to Brogan Groenewald she mentioned that the shoe was placed on sale even though there was no stock of it. Absolutely pathetic. Furthermore I had made payment using someone else bank account. I paid bank charges on that account and then transferred money to her account and paid bank charges again. I made numerous phone calls to yourl for assistance with the purchases. Absolutely deceiving tactics to the public.
