pathetic service - wrong items delivered
Pathetic service from Totalsports. I placed an order for a red Liverpool jacket, you delivered a black jacket. I made a complaint on Facebook, sent emails and haven't received a single response. is this the kind of service you give your customers? Sort my order out ASAP.
