pathetic service at Total sports centurion mall

I went to total sports centurion mall on the 21/11/18 and notice that they have sale from the 22/11/18 and asked what time they going to open on the 22/11/18 and the lady told me that at 9:00am but to my surprise they opened at 8am and i could not get the sneakers that I wanted when I got there, anyway I chose a different pair of sneakers and I was told they cant sell it to me at that time I must come back at 3pm but they have sold the sneakers to my colleague who went there in before me, all that did not make sense to me and I dont understand why are we being provided wrong information from the staff, my cell number is ********** 459
