Pathetic service at La Lucia Totalsports store!

Total sports La Lucia mall is the worse store ever, absolutely poor service no proper customer service or work ethics! So I saw a jacket online howcome I didn’t get my size so I called online and they said to me that’s la Lucia mall store has 1 so I went there ASAP. When arriving to the store I asked the guys on the floor I’m looking for this and showed him a picture he said nothing sold out so I said really well I just called online now and they assured me that you have 1 in stock so another guy says oh it’s damaged it’s on the back so I said okay bring it I wanna see how it’s damaged he comes out after 5 minutes saying oh its for another customer!!! So which is it? It’s damaged or you keeping it for yourself??? That’s bull**** they just making us stories! I will never support the store again!!!!
