Pathetic Service!

I went to the Liberty Midlands Mall store in Pietermaritzburg on the 23 April 2022. They did not have a shoe that I wanted. There was a guy by the name of Joshua who helped me. He stated that the town branch has it but I need to pay R30 to bring it. I agreed. I also asked him when will it come as I have a voucher that expires on the 08 may 2022. He stated it will be here before the 08 May as it does take 7 to 14 days to come but it right here in PMB so it should come. When I go back and count the days till now I did not get a call. My voucher also expired. Will Total sport refund my R30? Will they give me the shoe at a discount as I had a voucher and it their stupidity and ********* ways that I could not get my shoe. Really totalsports is a disaster place to go to and shop. This is my 3rd bad experience with them. When I call the line is forever going through to foshini and they also ever so rude! Can Totalsport not have their own line?
