Pathetic service

The staff at the till of Totalsports Capegate is very unprofessional and their attitudes is the worse. I Went to Totalsports yesterday standing in the line for almost 20 minutes because the person in front of me was exchanging a few items, another guy goes straight to the till and they start to help him after I tell them that I have been there before him and been standing in the line for almost half an hour, the African female cashier has the nerve to make a remark and laugh because I am telling them that I was there first to me that is just utterly rude . I am a very loyal TFG customer, but Totalsports Capegate staff are always so moody and unfriendly, they don't even greet you when you go to the till they just take your stuff and start to scan I stay close by, but I rather choose to go to another branch if it is possible.
