Pathetic Service

I went toTotalsports Cityview and received disgusting service from both the manager and a sales assistant. We had enquired about a price on a converse takkie as the price in the shoe was showing different to the one on display. The female sales assistant we spoke to was very rude and arrogant. We requested service and she ignored us at first then walks over and gives us attitude when we asked her abt the poor service. We requested to speak to the manager so we walked over to the cashiers desk where the manager of the store seemed to be holding on the telephone. He 2 just ignores us and continues to speak to the same lady in Zulu while holding on. He didn’t even acknowledge that we were waiting for him yet we we’re standing in front of him! We waited for abt 7min and walked out! We were so highly ****ed off at that type of service! I went on the Facebook page got no response, but the post was removed! We pay alot for their merchandise yet we treated with such a Dont care attitude! There are Many people looking for jobs with better management and customer service s****s! Kindly screen your dam staff or continue to lose revenue because your staff seem to think they doing us a favor! Total sports!, I think you should check camera footage to see wat disgusting staff you hire to ensure your customers are HAPPY!
