Pathetic service
On 9 October I received an SMS from Total Sport with this wording.<br> <br> MR ***, EXTRA 25% off all SALE items now on at Totalsports - in store and online: http//bit.ly/10yLDfo Until 21 Oct. <br> <br> Apparently this was not the case as no SALE items were further discounted, the store manager was unaware of this and their customer service indicated that all these items were already sold (really in two days???), they also indicated that the SMS message was wrong.<br> <br> Totalsports this is bad service - you need to get your act together...based on other feedback you will lose loyal customers
