Pathetic Service
It is always a pleasure to do shopping at any total sports retail outlet but the one in festival mall.The attitude of the cashiers is so pathetic such that they failed to attend to the customer's concerns with regards to the queue.instead,they showed disrespect about such concerns whereby shopping became so unpleasant.Im quite convinced that they need training in customer service.I would rather drive to the nearest outlet like Greenston Mall where clients are treated with respect.This unfortunate incident happened on the 1st of July around between 10 and 11 am.
