Pathetic customer service in Middelburg Mpumalanga Totalsports

I need an IBT from Benoni to Middelburg branch, however the guy in middelburg is sending from pillar to post instead of helping. It's so pathetic if they can help but thy don't want to. It's really ****ing me off. Been calling and asking this to happen for the whole day yesterday even this morning. But they all going back from front to back. Poor customer service cause they don't want to carry the charges meanwhile TFG is a big company..!!! It's PATHETIC
