Pathetic customer service

I will never shop at Totalsports clearwater ever again. Terrible customer service from the Cashier and Manager. Items were marked down and when the system didn't reflect the marked down items, they had to adjust the prices manually. I am a vitality member and was told that I won't get my 25% vitality discount because the system won't accept the discount. The cashier and manager were not bothered to assist or find a solution, they both were very cheeky and didn't care that I left the store.
