Pathetic Customer Service

I went into the Chatsworth Totalsport branch. I requested assistance and was disregarded in a rude manner. After asking another salesperson for help. They ignored me as well and pointed to the direction of the first individual who disregarded me. Thereafter he slam the door of the storeroom and resided inside. I was disappointed about the pathetic service received. There was no manager or superior to lay my complaint. I left the store.
