Pathetic customer service

Your customer service sucks. Bought a nike sandal from sandton store and then when I got home I see there is two different sizes. Went to the lakeside branch and then they said they don't want to change because it was not their fault and I must go to sandton,. After few minutes of argument they decided to refund. I then contact your call centre customer services to ask where I can find the size of the sandal. This lady was the most half dead thing that ever answered. She transferred my call to the call options instead of another person. I then called again and asked her please don't transfer me to that call option line. Which she did again!!! Pathetic
