Pathetic

I bough a pair of Asic for R2499 in February 2023 at Total sport Blueroute mall. Takkies got holes in by side 5 months down of wearing it. Phoned the store said i can bring it back if i had the box. Found the box only now as on 11/08/23. Phoned store and was told cant take shoes back gaurantee is over. Really now R2499 down the drain!!!.Gaurentee was only up to 4/08/23. .Pathetic!!
