Passive Attitude...Very disappointing

Went to Total Sport in Middelburg Mall on the 16 August 2017 at 16H00 to return 2 pairs of my tekkies they told me they dont have cash i must come back the following day...on the 17 August 2017 i visited the store waited at the pay point for about 4min they called me to come to them coz they were unpacking boxes i went to the lady with no name tags wearing a gret T-shirt she never even bother to respond to me when i great her she just talked to me with a funny attitude and gave me the bad look said to me we told u to call before you come of wich i never got that information...she told me we dont have cash our store is not selling (quite) just go to down town they will refund you 1st of all my time and my petrol for their mistake....thats fine but please treat customer's the same they are the reason they are working in that store i will never set my foot or tell people to buy at Total sport in Middelburg.
