Paid Up Letter

I had an account with Total Sports that was handed over to Munnik Basson Dagama Incorporated Attorneys (MBD Inc). On the 4th of December, 2020 I settled the account. I then emailed The Foschini Group and MBD Inc requesting a Paid UP Letter. I stated my settlement amount of R2000 and uploaded my proof of payment On Monday the 7th of December 2020 I called MBD Inc and spoke to one of the consultant she told me that she can see that I have settled. She told me that she needed to clarify something and she will call me back before the end of the business day regarding the Paid Up Letter. Right now I'm confused as she never called back on that day. On Monday I called and the answering machine requested I give my name and contact information but no one has called. I need the paid up letter as soon as possible. Before making any payments I was receiving calls day and night. Soon after paymet there is no communication.
