Paid up account
I had a outstanding account due to my financial situation and have since paid it in full. <br> <br> I was told by the call centre that the account is now closed and have requested a paid up letter and have this updated on my credit report. A rude lady by the name of Sello said it will take 7 working days. I paid you almost 2 weeks ago why must I wait for another week. If the account is closed and can't be used please give me the paid up letter and update my details with the credit bureau
