Overcharge of Soccer Boots

I am writting this letter of complain regarding my First Purchase as a Totalsport account holder at Wonderpark Mall. I went to the store on 5th March to look for Soccer Boots, my account was not yet approved when I arrived at the store. I asked the guy who was assisting me to put aside the soccer boots that we chose from the display, the boots price was R649.00 / R699.00. The guy told me they were left with three pairs thus I asked that he put aside so that I can come to pick up and pay the next day once I received a notification that my account was completely approved. On 06 March I went to store to purchase, the guy was not there and I asked the lady who was at the till to assist with my previous day arrangement. The lady got the soccer boots, only to realise on arriving home that they were charged R999.00. Yesterday I went to the store to enquire abouth the issue of incorrect charger I found the guy who assisted me. This time he was not helpful like the first day he assisted me. Him and the other lady were not interested in my query, the only thing they could tell me was that the soccer boots of that price were finished and I can return the boots that I bought if I have a problem with the price and be credited. My concern is: I chose the boots that were priced R649.00, not R999.00. They told me that the other pair was of poor quality while the ones I got were the best. My Question: Is Nike aware that they are providing its consumers Good and Poor quality items? Same type of boots but different quality? I told the guys that I am not returning the boots, and told them to give me the boots with the price that was advertised on, on their display unit which is R649.00. / R699.00. I am disappointed with the kind of service I received from Totalsport Wonderpark more especially since it was my first purchase as an account holder. My Question: Does the employees of TotalSport Wonderpark only care of customers when they come to buy and concerned of meeting their targets? after that what happens does not concern them? Please respond since my child has to wear the soccer boots tomorrow. N.B. I chose to open an account with Totalsports because I wanted to build relationships with the shop but, I got disappointed.
