Orders cancelled withOut Valid reason & Slow processessing of refunds

Hi,

Please can you assist with a refund on CS-532696.

I've seen in previous posts that this is common where u guys cancel orders placed with vouchers without any valid reasons esp when the items were fully stocked in your stores and still available online to purchase.

10 working days (Half a month) to process a refund of an e voucher is seriously ridiculous. It's the festive season , we want to shop and buy gifts, not waste our time following up and checking up on u guys snail pace service and senseless internal processes.

Please can you resolve this so I can close this off and proceed to never doing business with u guys again.
