Order not received as promised. Poor service

I have been a client from you for over 15 years and never ever have a been utterly dissapoi Ted or disgusted with your service as I am now. I have put a online order in on the 15th so that the order can be delivered before Christmas But up until today my order was not received. After phoning the online order head office several times, They always had the answer they can not get hold of the courier company. Tuesday, I followed up Again and the answer was it will definitely be delivered that day, As promised. We'll, the day went past with no order and the result was my wife being without a Christmas present. 3-5 working days in your company policy of online orders, Is a false statement as I still waiting on it. I am really very angry, Dissapointed and expect feedback urgee tly and waiting for my order. I also expect that you guys reimburse me with a gift as this is unacceptable. Order numbers foe both my orders I'm still waiting for the following P*** P*** Both these orders is with courier as from 20Dec bit still not received..
