Order never received!!!!

On the 27th July I placed an order on the Totalsport website my order was split in parts and Ram delivered the Smart Wi-fi security camera and again like I stated on my emails I sent. Ram does not deliver clothing. Usually clothing is delivered by a local courier in our town. I only received the Men's Nike Challenger shorts I never received the New Balance shorts. Why would I lie to say I haven't received it cause I was told it was signed for the parcel. Yes my mom signed I opened the parcel and only found the Nike shorts. I thought okay I would wait a few days since my order was split. And I never received New balance shorts. This is *******. Is this Totalsports way of getting extra money from us???? I would never shop online on the TFG website anymore that was the last! No one bothers to assist me.
