ONLINE SHOP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE TERRIBLE

Worst service, can't get hold of someone in the call center to assist with an order. Been phoning 5 times, holding for a minimum of 7 minutes each time, I've send 2 emails. I placed an order only few items were delivered, the rest says out on delivery and with the courier since 2 days ago. The other 2 items are only placed and processed.
