Online Purchases

I purchased 2 pairs of takkies on the 26/06/2019 online on sale. I received the one pair on the 03/07/2019 and the other parcel was still at the warehouse according to the system. I contacted the TFG online queries and inquired about the parcel and never received any feedback. On Friday the 12/07/2019 I called again and was advised that only the East Rand Mall had stock of the item I ordered and it needs to come from there but I will get the parcel. Much to my disappointment today after calling them again I was informed that the item is out of stock and they will do a refund. The item was in stock when I did the online purchase. Totally disgusted by this service I received.
